1. アプリによるデータ収集

LureSmithの基本機能は端末内で処理します。アプリから当社サーバーへ設計・写真・動画・STLなどを自動送信しません。アカウント登録は不要で、広告、アクセス解析SDK、トラッキング、外部AIへの送信機能はありません。

2. 端末に保存する情報

利用者が作成した設計、輪郭編集の下書き、読み込んだ画像・STL、ウェイトやワイヤーの設定、試作比較、スイムテスト記録と添付写真・動画、表示設定を、機能の提供と次回の利用のため端末のアプリ領域に保存します。当社がこれらを閲覧する仕組みはありません。

3. 写真・カメラ・ファイル

撮影や画像・ファイルの読み込みは利用者の操作で行います。OSの写真選択機能では利用者が選んだ項目を読み込みます。カメラ等の権限は端末の設定で変更できます。クラウド上にだけある素材の取得は、OSやファイル提供サービスによる通信が必要な場合があります。

4. 共有・バックアップと第三者サービス

書き出しや共有は、利用者がOSの共有機能で保存先・送信先を選んだ場合に行います。アプリ独自のクラウド同期や自動アップロードはありません。端末のバックアップや利用者が選んだ共有先での保管・通信は、OSの設定と各サービスの規約・プライバシーポリシーに従います。データが端末外へ一切出ないという保証ではありません。

5. 保管期間と削除

設計の削除は一覧から取り除く操作です。設計と関連するテスト記録・添付は、誤削除対策として端末内の非表示の保管領域に移し、アプリを削除するまで保持します。アプリ内で元に戻す操作はありません。別の設計や試作には影響しません。アプリを削除するとアプリ領域のデータは削除されますが、OSのバックアップ、書き出し先、共有先に残ったコピーは別途削除が必要です。

6. お問い合わせで任意に送る情報

メールによるお問い合わせでは、メールアドレス、本文、任意の添付を当社が受け取ります。回答・不具合調査等のサポートに必要な範囲で利用し、対応上必要な期間保管した後、不要になった情報を削除します。法令に基づく場合やメールの配信・保管を担う委託先を除き、本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。訂正・削除等のご相談は下記窓口へご連絡ください。

7. このウェブページについて

アプリ内のデータ収集と、このサイトのアクセス解析は別です。本ウェブサイトはアクセス解析を使用しています。サイトで取得する情報の扱いはGOLDFISHINGウェブサイトのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。アプリ内のプライバシー説明は通信なしでも読めます。

8. 変更とお問い合わせ窓口

機能変更等で方針を変更する場合は本ページを更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内でもお知らせします。

Applies to the LureSmith iOS/iPadOS app. Effective October 10, 2026. Operator: GOLDFISHING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.

On-device processing and storage

Core features process data on device. The app does not automatically transmit designs, images, videos or STL files to us. No account is required. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDK, tracking or external AI transmission features. Designs, drafts, imported images and STL files, ballast/wire settings, prototype comparisons, swim-test records and attachments, and display preferences are stored in the app container to provide these features. We have no mechanism to inspect this local data.

Permissions, sharing and backups

Camera use and importing photos/files are initiated by you. The system photo picker provides selected items; permissions can be changed in device settings. Downloading cloud-only files may require a connection through the OS or file provider. Exports and sharing occur when you choose a destination through system sharing. The app has no independent cloud sync or automatic upload. Device backups and chosen sharing services follow OS settings and those services' policies. We do not promise that all copies remain solely on device.

Retention and deletion

Deleting a design removes it from the list. To protect against accidental deletion, we retain the design and related test records and attachments in a private recovery area on your device until you delete the app. There is no in-app undo. Separate designs and prototypes are unaffected. Deleting the app removes its app-container data. Copies in device backups, exported files or sharing destinations must be managed separately.

Voluntary support contact

If you email us, we receive your address, message and optional attachments. We use this information only as needed for support and troubleshooting, retain it as needed for that purpose, and delete information when no longer needed. We do not disclose it without consent except as required by law or to contracted email delivery/storage providers. Contact info@goldfishing.jp for support, corrections or deletion requests.

This website uses web analytics independently of the app. See our website privacy policy. The in-app privacy explanation is available offline. Policy changes will be published here and, when needed, explained in the app.
